Rough Cleaning

Removal of debris, plaster, cement, paint residues, and silicone remnants

Collecting and disposing of cardboard, plastic, packaging, and other waste (those legally permitted for disposal)

Basic cleaning of window frames and sills

Sweeping floors, scraping off adhesives and remaining residues

Wiping doors, cabinets, marble, and countertops
Fine Cleaning
(Performed after rough cleaning — prepares the space for move-in)

Detailed wiping of all surfaces (walls, ceilings, doors, cabinets, sockets, baseboards, etc.)

Interior and exterior cleaning of windows, frames, and sills

Polishing of bathroom and kitchen fixtures such as tiles, sinks, toilets, shower cabins, and faucets

Cleaning and polishing of all floor types (parquet, marble, ceramic, etc.) with appropriate materials
-
Cleaning of balconies, terraces, and staircases
-
Repeated dust removal (fine dust may continue to settle for some time)

Cleaning of sockets, switches, radiators, and ventilation grilles
-
Detailed wiping of both interior and exterior sides of doors and window panels
